While Mother Nature and Hurricane Francine did help with the region’s drought, there is still too much instability in the forecast for tomorrow. We’ve waited to the last moment, did everything we could to the track and the grounds, but sadly we’re left with the painful decision for competitors and fans to cancel tomorrow’s World 50 event. This is not an easy decision with so many things to consider. We consulted with MARS race officials and the National Weather Service in coming to this decision.

Online ticket refunds will start on Monday. Information on the remaining events at PIR will be released later next week.
